Keone's Winter Surf Tips

  • Keone Singlehurst is a talented artist (see the image below), a terrific surfer and a great friend. His new blog is titled appropriately, "keoneblog" and today's post is full of great advice for winter surfers. Here's a couple of hints:

    "Use a squirt of cheap conditioner in the sleeve and neck area. Use the shower water to rinse it down inside. The suit will slide right off. Itís also good for keeping the suit soft and supple between sessions, which in winter, can be a week or more."

    "Never switch to a smaller board for the afternoon second session, especially if itís pumping."
