  • I've been tardy in posting, but it looks like since my last post I ran 162 miles.... :)

    13915.6

From Feb 6th to today, March 7th:

21 pool sessions, half mile each (sometimes longer, but to be conservative I'll claim a half mile each) - 11.5 miles

    7 treadmill sessions, 2.5 miles each = 17.5 miles

    Total 29 miles + 13915.6 = 13944.6

    0 on the bike
    0 in the pool
    0 running

I am rotund and lazy sob.  I hope that I remember how to surf the next time I attempt it.
