  • ive been very lucky... there's a wild tomato plant growing under my steps (snaggle noticed it first thanks!) so i've been helping it along tlc, keeping it off the ground, using twine to hold it up. i harvested the first tomato yesterday hooray. it was from a cluster of 4 (a bunch of others growing too). but today before work, i went to look at the other 3 and the next ripest one got chomped. it looked like a human mouth size. just one bite. and the other two were untouched. what could have done that? a cat? which didn't like the taste of a tomato?
