  • Yea that fish was about 4 or 5 punds I can't recall.  That was from last year.  The thing you see in the backround is the Ambrose ...We were in the channel....big fish like to hang there.  Lately i have been goin on this guy's private boat off rockaway reef...tons and tons of sea bass...and kepper fluke...I ve been eating good almost every weekend.  I'll bring a cooler and if anyone else want to afterwards we can all go to my buddy jesse's and have sushi...I know how to filet it!

    Frock...thats not Ambrose Tower. That light is on a rockpile. Ambrose tower sits on a platform above 4 large steel pipes. That light  is most liklely "West Bank light" which, when aligned with Staten Island Light, provides a range light for the center of Ambrose Channel.

    yea your right SP...I figured that was it because we were in the channel over there.

    if you guys are goin out on the dorothy b let me know when. as long as it bott on the weekedn ill be able toi go. and as long as its befrew the 14th. and frrock that dont look like 4 or 5 pounds to me that sounds like a fishstpry! let me nkow when thsi trip is!

    hahaha...i honestly dont rember...its prob like 3 or sumtin...looks bigger in the pic...WE havent agreed on the trip yet.  Im thinkin we should take a day off during the week or a really flat saturdday....play it by ear..I'll et yall know
