  • This project is ending in 6 months. You need to find a new position.
The project will probably go longer then that so don't hurry.
The project will end in February. You need to find a new postion now.
Did you start looking because there is going to be an extension and we need you.
You will only be 50% billable so you need to find some more work.
The project is ending in three months. You need to find a new postion.
A extension is more then likely so don't go looking just yet.

This has been going on for four weeks. Now they want me to stay for another year.

in response to your request I have given it great thought but I have a numbers of concerns yet to be adressed

It looks like I will need Sept. of 09 off, it also seem that I will need 5/4/3 pay increase to match inflation and also make an annually larger salary than the year prior.  This should be reviewed every third year.  I may or may not need Oct of 2009 and 2010 off as well, I thought best to give you notice in advance.  In addition I need my 50% billable paid at a 200% premium therefore my shortage of work will not result in any loss of income.

    Sincerely,
    Joe Mama
