  • why the heck does everyone want us to have kids?  are you guys planning to babysit?  buy diapers?  puree organic veggies and brown rice?  wtf?

if it ever did happen accidentally, i have decided that BB would serve as mister mom.  i don't think i'd be able to stay home and deal with a child all day.  BB's a better nurturer.  maybe he'd be more lax about the kid's nutrition and spelling, but he's more cuddly.

btw, i don't wanna chub out and get stretch marks...

  • I'm 33 and this is my 4th year of my first "real" job.....years in grad school and travel and consulting was much much fun.....but now some stability is pretty nice (despite the crappy cubical)........I remember years in grad school when I was stressed about no direction and no money--I wish I took more time to enjoy it........it's always about balance and trade-offs and I'm pretty happy right now.....

my cube commute is only a fifteen minute walk but my surf commute sucks......I'll have to change that at some point ;)
