  • so my innocent little 14 year old started high school in the city this fall. (at almost 6'1" i guess he's not that little....come to think of it he's not that innocent either.)

his first day soloing on the subway in and out of the city, on the train home, he sees this bum wait til right before the train pulls into the station....then go to the end of the car, take a leak in the corner, and get off the train.

    welcome to commuting, my son.

"use it or lose it"….. glad it didn't go away (yet) as some predicted, have it until August at least. not sure its any faster in the mornings, but its a far cry from the misery that is a commute on any subway

  • i can't handle the gaggles of women who gather on the LIRR, certain trains in the morning. every freakin' conversation is about what some other woman said or wore. every sentence is filled with so many "she's" it curdles my ears. i think i'd rather one of them just get up and piss in a corner.
