Kicks off at noon with two personal faves of mine: "Through the Looking Glass" and "My Eyes Won't Dry", also featuring "A Fly in the Champagne", "Musica Surfica" and Father's Day surf lesson package deal, some short films, and ends with a taco party at Pop's Garage!

Such a cool event, AP might be a contended for "top surf town" with all the cool stuff going on there lately (largely by way of Langosta Lounge/Lightly Salted/Pop's)

So true.  I was blown away by how nice the boardwalk is at Asbury this weekend.  Langosta is a great place to eat and the beach bar is such a wise use of existing architecture. The other places like McLoones (old Howard Johnsons I think?) with those second floor patios are beautiful. I know the boom/bust economic decline has caused its issues in the area once again but that boardwalk area is just something done the right way and something that you just don't usually find around the NY area.  Very good to see. It will never be South Beach beause of the short "beach" season and it's a tough call because it can go either way at this point (with the retail and restaurants failing in the next couple years like the residential RE alredy has) but if you were willing to gamble, buying there (a given that you are not buying for the school system) could really pay off big in 10 years or so.  I really hope it makes it.
