  • What kind of scissors are you using?


    I gooped a snapped board that I salvaged back together and am using that carbon mesh stuff that people use on the tail rail these days as reinforcement before glass the rest of the board.



    Damn, that stuff is hard to cut.

  • I used a fair amount of 4oz carbon for a pretty large furniture build and a new-ish pair of fiskars scissors worked fine. $15 vs over $100 for scissors made for the purpose.

  • Gingher serated shears.  Best thing I've found for any type of cloth.  I've not used them on pure carbon but just fine on carbon vector netting.
