I think I’d opt for the clear version they make nowadays, given it’s functional.  But then again traction is so expensive compared to wax, I’d probably never go that route for a longboard / full coverage. And traction doesn’t smell anywhere near as good. I vote wax.

If you’re not already on it you should sign up for the jamboards forum. There’s an east coast Craigslist thread that highlights logs for sale up and down the coast.

No problem, if I didn’t have one already I would totally grab this. Board is good for everyday and overhead surf. Really fun if you gravitate towards wider boards throughout the outline.

Doesn’t say on the board ... but it’s stock dims, so should be 32 liters

My 5’7 x 20.5 x 2.3 is 32.8, for reference.

Pilgrim surf supply is having a board swap this weekend. Down side is you get 100% store credit. Not sure if they have any policy on a % you can take cash.

I usually will grab a ding repair kit, light sand, and put a small amount of resin around it and then Saran Wrap it to the rail creating a tiny little extra seal just in case. Requires minimal sanding and time to just make sure.
