I crashed badly in Hurricane Bill roughly 10 years ago. 


I cant believe its been that long. You're reminding us how old we are .

98% of the people I would go surfing with back in the day no longer surf. I just mostly surf solo (I like It that way) or take a friend that I recently met.
If your in need of company just visit Dorados break, they are a very welcoming bunch, they will usually wax your board for you and put your leash on your ankle.

My girls has been crying all day "summers over" I keep saying the weather is going to be even better now and this is the best time of year. Living in the Hamptons area sucks during the summer. So glad everyone is going home.

Speaking of ^^^ I did burpees today. I almost made it the whole day sitting on the couch, till I remembered this thread, ughh.


So outside I went to the stones, along with burpees and sprints but believe me, it was a half ass effort.

Half ass is better than no effort.

I'm out for 6 weeks with an injury....ya'll have fun. Actually I may be able to do some lower body cardio in a couple weeks as long as it doesn't affect the injured area {neck}.


Loose, keep moving any way you can, even if its lower body.


Today was ME (max effort) upper body,  I did too much to list but it felt good.

Todays work out was lower body focused, worked up to a 1rm of back squats, 2 sets of Weighted lunges, 2 sets of stiff legged dead lifts, some hamstring exercises, and finished off with hill sprints.

But before that I did a 1.5 mile sprint, run, jog, walk mix with the dog on the beach.

Slacked on the frequency push ups today but will put in a few sets before bed.

They say it takes about 2 weeks to make something a routine. Since we all surf here everyone should be doing frequency push ups.

I missed the shortboard, had a blast on the hellrazor.

I want to be chained by my ankles under water which means I will be floating in a standing position to let all the ocean life enjoy the free meal.

Speaking of winning I was soft hating some douche with a 400k Lambo in Port Jeff today. And what that has to do with winning is thats what his license plate says. Dbl douche
