  • Been thinking about joining the (now stale) fish (twin fin) craze for a while.  Have a 7' egg, 6'8" thruster and a longboard.  6'4" 210 lbs, so I'm thinking at least a 6'2" or 6'4" fish.  Curious if anyone can compare some of the classic twin fin fish boards (assuming you've surfed/compared different fishes.

Any thoughts on some of these shapers:

    Mandala
    Kane Garden
    Pavel
    CI
Chris Birch (I know its a Carroll factory mass prod.)

I assume a Steve Lis is impossibly expensive to get.

    Thanks

  • Lis only makes a limited amount of boards and you have to know someone. He's not easy to reach.

Kane Garden and Rainbow Pavel's are probaby the easiest to get of those listed above, aside from BP. You could go into the shop and buy a Chris Birch tomorrow.
