Two weeks ago I noticed a steady stream of ocean water coming out of the finbox of my beautiful 1985 Schroff 360-3 Ultra Lite. Obviously, delams and dings have taken their toll and the Schroff has been made pretty unrideable in its current state.
Nevertheless, lessons learned in the Bodega on the proper ways to fix dings and repair a delaminated surfboard will ensure that the Schroff lives to surf another day. My target date for the Schroff's return to glory is August 15th (one month from today). I've cut some holes into the delams, and I'm drying out the foam. It probably won't look as snazzy when I'm done, but them's the breaks.
Also, my CooperFish NoseDevil has made a triumphant return to the water. All friends are welcome to take it for a spin.
