  • Thinking about ordering them, want to know if anyone has used them before I do. How do they compare to the Taylor Knox dvd?

  • Paul Hinniker is the man behind taylor knox's video - he is a trainer at my gym and I see him training all the time... he knows his stuff so I would definitely recommend that dvd.  I dont know anything about the other one.

  • The TRX is great.  I have one I use almost every day.  I am also interested in the surf stronger video's but its hard to find very many reviews or people who have actually bought and used it.  If you don't want to fork out $200 for the TRX contact me and I can teach you how to make your own for a fraction of the price ;)
