  • well, constructed a surf rack for dad in laws car and explored some very local breaks. still not much surf, but the incredible beauty of the coastal countryside pretty much makes up for it. surfed some tiny stuff at a little sandy beach called ownahincha....crystal clear water, grassy dunes, rocky hills, and a couple of irish surf rats with freckles and long blonde hair. swapped my 9'2" noserider for a 5'10" thruster for a while with a kid who wanted to check out the longboard. news flash: 5'10" thruster isnt the board for me. then out with the boys on brother in laws boat and got some mackarel and pollock for bbq dinner. i am awash in chillaxation.
