  • the cheap seats arent even that cheap for that show. my tickets in the highest seats are $25 and the most expensive were $70....insane

  • Not always. Just sometimes. I'll agree indoor shows generally sound better. But there are plenty of outdoor gigs that sound awesome. It also depends on where you sit.

    Set times:
    DOORS:                5:00 PM
    MOE:                     6:30-8:00 PM
    ALLMAN BROTHERS BAND:  8:30-11:00 PM

  • Yes, it was a great show. the Allmans have been playing Jones Beach for a loooooooong time. What a nice night. Now bring us some waves dammit. This is the first year that there have been no waves on Jones Beach showdays.

    ITs always awesmoe to surf LB for a few hours or all day then go to a Jones bEach show. THis year, there have not been waves on any of the days I went to shows. I got a little bodysurfing in before one or two shows but that was it.
