  • ok ive been plagued with a re-acurring pinched nerve in my neck for a long time and its been really bothering me for about a week now... surfing on it surprisingly feels fine... i cant really go to the gym because the right side of my body is useless because of it.  it hurts the most when i'm sitting or doing no physicall movement...

has anyone had this?  i am thinking about going to get a deep tissue massage or maybe even acupuncture - has anyone dealt with this before?? i've had deep tissue massages before but never went the acupuncture route - what should i do??

    thank you.

  • that will all help.  I am a big believer in chiropractic care.  I am dealing with the same thing right now.  It doesn't bother me when I'm in the waves but other times it does.  treat it like a sprained ankle, you have to keep it moving so it sdoesn't seize up, because it becomes muscular at a point.  if you want a chiro recommend, pm me.

  • Boyee -- One of your problems is how you pose for those icons -- such as the one that you use. When you arch your back like that, you are more than likely putting a lot of stress on your lower back, which in turn created pressured nerves towards your neck. I would suggest, upon shooting more pictures to useas your icon, to shoot from the frontside -- I think you will find this relieves a lot of stress.

I hope this helps -- good luck with the photos!
