  • This is practically in my backyard, but membership is unaffordable for me and my neighbors.  I get it. It's not a cheap operation. I also have some unanswered questions. Specifically, how is the wave made and how is the water filtered? Checked their Facebook page, but no new news there. Weird, I figured there would be a celebration on their page. I would sure like to try the thing out though and I wish them well!

  • Yes, membership is very expensive, out of my price range for sure. I hope the hour sessions will be more reasonable and the wave will be like Slaters wave or something close to it ? If it's like the one in Waco not sure if I would bother, to short of a wave for the cost.

  • I'll believe this when they break ground.

I have to think that even if they break ground and get to an opening, its not a sustainable business.  Whos spending that kind of money on a membership when that could get you one if not two legit surf trips.
