  • Dude, it was fun out there today!  Waist to chest, good sectiony corners, just a bit bumpy from the wind.  I sat patiently outside with the longboarders and after about 25 minutes got one of the best rides all year this AM.  It was crowded, but I didn't see a single person I know by name.  What happened to all you ass clowns?  Sleeping in? I felt like a tourist.

Def true, SG! Had MUCH more fun today than I was expecting!  ;D ;D ;D

Surfed in that spot east of LB but west of Rock, plenty of people, but no real crowd problem...winded fucked with it, but every once in a while, a clean chestie was there for the taking..

Just about 7:00 a t-storm passed just north of us, and the wind flipped offshore...ran out grabbed a couple, before another t-storm loomed and spooked me out the water...

Looking forward to DP tomorrow...catch y'all out there!   ;D

  • I had an incredible day in LB. My wave count might have been at an all time high. If you were patient and picked the right waves, you could get a nice long ride down the line. Waves were breaking kinda far outside too. Caught the DP at the most famous spot and had it all to myself with only four other guys from sunrise for our first hour and a half. When the mob came, I moved down further east and scored one jetty that was doin' its thing. Shared that one with just two or three others for a few more hours. I was out from sunrise to sunset. Awesome day.
