  • Hey!

We are going for spring break late March-April.  What areas have the most consistent surf at that time?   Any recommendations for placing to stay?

    Thanks!!!

  • i've only been in november/december but from what i've seen its ridiculously consistent all year. Ive stayed in a  surf b&b in playa gigante (its about 5 min from colorados and panga drops), which also happen to be among the very consistent breaks in the area. For families I think there is alot of options around playa santana, however if you stay there you'll need to figure out how to get to other breaks. I suppose you could surf there the whole time but worth exploring

  • Las Plumerias is great, run by a lovely family with two primary-school-aged girls, really easy trip, great food, fun waves and surf guides (or instruction if you need), affordable.
