I am offering up a training session with my trainer on any Sunday that works for people. He would come to Rockaway and put us through a training on the beach. The cool thing is you'll learn some new exercises that you can do on your own and create your own beach workout. I had him come last summer and about 7 of us did the workout-guys and girls. He charges $200 a session so that means if we have 10 people it's $20 each. And so on. But money up front this time. If you're in to it let me know dates (Sunday's only) that would work for people.

i'd be down for it, but i'm leaving town next thursday and will not be back except for a weekend until august 24th. if you get a critical mass together let me know what the dates are and if i'm in town maybe i can join in then?

by the way for anybody wondering i did this last time and it was awesome. totally worth the 20 bucks.

Definately interested, let me know once a date is settled upon.  I can't do July 26th...but other than that my sundays are pretty open for the next few weeks.
