ditto what Snaggle says, I think we both have fantasies of being part of the Grossman's cooperative and harvesting what beach living wont allow us to grow and with a bit more consistency.  Every time I go out to the N Fork now I get all excited that soon an organic farm will be 6.8 miles from our house.  Stoked and Congrats, cant wait to see what turns out on my folks property as well, the bees are going crazy right now.

Snaggle and Onefin, we'll be out to the northfork soon to build the base plan after all the leaves totally drop so the forestry survey GPS can get a high res signal (sub-foot) to map the trees and topography at the house.
