  • i probably posted something similar at one point about other sorts of vibrating objects, but there is research out there talking about this phenomenon.  I just skimmed it after hearing someone talk about it on the radio, but seems like there could be some funky negative effects on your nerve endings.

  • I usually keep my blackberry in my backpack, and I can still feel the vibrations when a call comes in.  Lately, I've been convinced I was getting a call or email due to phantom vibrations, and when I look, nobody called......spooky!!!  I guess we're all nuts.

don't worry too much.  usually it's temporary unless it's really strong.  but i should note that it's a controversial subject and more research is needed.

Ehh...I have been called worse ;-0

I forget where I read this hypothesis but if your phone vibrates across the room and you feel it in your pocket, its like a pavlovian response to some other sense that we are not conscious of like high sound or energy frequencies like EMF's that correlate with incoming calls. If someone on a nearby floor gets a call you may also sense it, this could explain the ghost call when you check your phone and no calls were registered.

  • Its kind of scary how many radio waves are transmitting through us, no saying what the recently released high powered dual band 2.5-5ghz routers mean for our home and office health.
