JScott just bought a 9'8" Lance Cooper and I got to ride it today in the little sloppy waves we had and still walked on it. I can not wait to get to the nose of that thing this summer. WOO HOO!!!! Thank you OneFin!

Awesome stuff!  I can't wait for my longboard...getting a 9' classic shaped noserider from natures shapes.  Gonna be sweet for the summer waves.

And then I broke it. The Lance Carson that is. I took a cross step and the wave closed and I couldn't cross step back fast enough and I landed on the end of the board (big bruise) and when I saw the board wash up on the sand the glassed in fin was laying on it's side. So now JScottK has to fix it. And it doubles as my SUP, so it really needs to be fixed. Anyone know where to get a good paddle?

Oh, good god.  What a bummer.  Good thing there's going to be nice weather and no waves for awhile.

Just FYI. I have utmost respect for the shapers of this sport. I was riding this board and learning to walk on it when it broke. I think Lance would be happy that someone was USING the board and having a great time on it. Secondly, it's fixed now. Thirdly, I have never used this board as an SUP. It was a JOKE!!!! because it's so BIG that I can stand up on it even without waves and can basically do a workout on it, as well as eat a sandwich. Another JOKE there people. That's it, no more posting for me. Goodbye!!

Why the angst?

Glad the board is fixed and you're enjoying it. That guy's a legend. Did you pick that up from 1fin? I believe he was selling one.
