...today i ran a 10k run on the camp pendleton military base in san diego...

i dont run at all but my friends were doing it so i said sure why not.  WOW what a fun race - i definitely have runners high!

i didnt train at all but had no problem running this and did it in 1:01 hours - not bad considering how difficult the run is.  (check out the level change below):

nice boyee--thats a sick run

I ran a 5k and then biked (stationary Roll Eyes) for 7miles

grand total: 1 hour of exercise and I'm a goddamned parapalegic today.

Just read this. Wow. Pretty nasty run there. Props to you, Boyee.

I'm the XC coach at my High School and I run a little with the kids on my team at practice. I let the fast kids lead the way and I run with the Freshmen. My favorite part
of running is easily when the workout is over.
