Sure does look like something to surf there....never considered the netherlands-antilles - anyone ever surf there?

Spent a day in St. Maarten this past winter.  I didn't see anything but then again I spent most of the day on one of these



and we were cruising through the harbor and around to one of the clothing optional beaches on the French side.  In some cases the clothing should be mandatory not optional.  Shocked

Looks pretty good, its def a possibility, But how does one go about getting there exactly, I know by airplane, but what the deal over there, is it a colony of Holland? Do they use the Euro? Should i work on my dutch before I go?
