Just got in from a race from Kawela Bay to Ehukai.
49 minutes. Well behind the likes of Dave Parmenter and Aaron Napoleon(who were on
the F-16 Downwind SUPs with full rudder system-FAST!!!) but ahead of Derek Agaron and Tony Ray...
so it was respectable. So crazy to share the experience with a who's who of Hawaiian watermen-
Dennis Pang, Kamu Auwae, Mark Cunningham, Rick Williams, Chris Owens, my amigo Danilo Cuoto, various cats with the last name Keaulana, etc.....Good vibes!
Next up, the DaHui July 4th.

If they still do the Long Beach race, you guys should definitely do it(prone, knee or upright-it's all good).
Or, better yet, hold a NYNJSurf paddle race of your own!
