it's been broken and put back together already. the repair is failing. it just doesn't surf right. you have to sit far forward on it to paddle and jump back when you stand up. the rocker is really screwed up.

think i can strip the glass off the break and fix it again? there's a ton of delam on the deck as well. i ride it on summer saturdays because i don't care about it at all.

What I mean is, I haven't had a bad time on any particular log. They are all fun in their own special way. Its fun just riding random longboards and trying to get used to them quickly.

This is true.. But all the subtle or overt differences make each board unique. I'd never ride my 50/50 in overhead hollows, cuz that's what the coop is for. And The mushier stuff is still fun on the coop, but the 50/50 really shines in those conditions.

I just ordered a new log from Nature's Shapes.  His base price is around 600 (I think), and goes up from there with extras.

Total cost for my 9' (resin swirl, gloss, etc) should be 715
