fin size for 8 foot mini long board

I have an 8 foot Nature Shapes mini long board with a 2 + 1 setup  (Yeah - it's not a true LB but its the largest board I can fit in my storage area).

Does anyone have any suggestions about what size fin to use if I want to ride it as:

1) Two plus one

2) As single fin in chest high and smaller surf

what does Mike Becker recommend? i just got a much smaller mini longboard (6'8") and i was told to try a Yater 7.5" center fin with Future SB1 sidebites. i took the sidebites out though and have been riding it only as a single. it seems to work great for me so far. anyway, i would call MB and ask him what to use. good luck
