5'8 Steve Seebold Basic Element Quad Fish

  • Well I hate to sell this board as its been a favorite from the day I got it, but I need some cash and a lot of my boards and an up coming board really overlap with it. The board is 5'8 20.xx wide and 2 1/4 thick abouts (I'll get exact dims next time I see it). This is a much more modern rockered and foiled quad fish. Surfs great top to bottom and I've ridden it well overhead. Custom fins foiled by Steve included. Now for the bad, board is 5 years old+, but still got plenty of life left, no real apparent delaming, slight raised stringer under the front foot but just normal pressure dings on the deck. Ding wise it probably has about 5 that have been repaired, pics to come of those as well.
Thinking getting $175 would more than suffice the years of service I got from this board.

I'm not quite ready to sell it just yet, my brother ran me over and his fin dug into the rail so I've been finishing up that repair and I'm stuck at school so it only gets worked on periodically.
    Peace,
    Kyle

Times are hard, man.  Plus, for some people, a pretty board with fcs is like a girl with a hot body and a busted face.

    I said SOME people.

And didn't you just have a whole thread not long ago about no more boards for you without red-X or pro box fins?

or for some other people, a pretty board with fcs rides the same and might be easier to get.

or another way of putting it would be as an old colleague of mine would say "she got a great body and a face to guard it."  ;D

  • Thanks for the free bumps haha. While I cannot say I am a fan of FCS fins my self I have had this board for 5 years and rode the fins that came with it and a set of rainbow speeddialers on and off and theyre still in there. Not trying to boast or anything but I am not light on the turns either, I really like to push on my boards and fins.
    Peace,
    Kyle

Yes, but that's because of my hatred for grub screws.

  • New pics, some of the dings. All will be repaired and to a near pro finish, the one with my phone in the pic is going to be re done so the weave isn't showing through, just a quick patch so I could ride it a while back. 20 1/4" wide 2 1/4" thick.
    Peace,
    Kyle
