Tie a rope to the jetty, so when its drifty we can hold onto it. Plus it would form a perfect line up Grin
Back of the rope Buddy!

How about no sections after the guards are off duty?

As for the last one, topless is legal. If you want bottomless, you'll have to head to a certain west of west jetty break or NJ. But trust me, you don't want that. . . shudder. . . .

all im saying after a bunch of whining last year and nothing cot compleated maybe if we get at them early about the nessecary things on the list (ex. more and better trash cans, more knowledgeable greenies, and better after hours beach access for surfers)there will be a better responce...

remember the nyc health code that nycwip... handed to us last time where it says the city must provide an adaquite number of spill/ leak proof waste recepticals?... we should take that and run with it...  use the longbeach style rubbermaid lookin cans an example.  or ones like below to secure to the boardwalk to have all year round:

as for puttin the greenies in the know maybe we could present a list of "rules" or ideas to the parks department that we all vote and or decide on that will make out lives a little more pleasant at the beach and make there jobs a little more meaning full.

as for after hours beach access to surfers, i dont know... maybe someone could dig up some info on how many surfers drown compaired to how many lives a surfer could save...   but i dont know if thats the way to go cuz there are some surfers who are obblivious to the world and probably wouldnt notice someone going under and There goes us having unlimmited beach access after 6...

any other ideas?
