US passport office. Hudson Street, Manhattan. Cost you $90 for the passport. And about an additional $350. for the expedited service.

we got our kid one - same-day expedited service - for $145.

you have to call for an appointment and the NYC office usually doesn't have next available for a few days. If you really need it next day, get an appt at Philly or Norwalk which is where we went.
