I caught my first wave in 1967 in Lavallette, NJ. I was on a longboard then and I have pretty much reverted to always riding one now. At my age, 55 going on 25, it’s all about the style and glide for me.
As the webmaster of The Surf Info Page, now defunct, I could publish my own essays in a department that I called “Ravings”. Thanks to the good folks here at NYNJSurf this Reading Room gives me a new chance to inflict my future ravings on you.
