For most of America, Hurricane Sandy came and went on October 29th, 2012. For those of us living along Long Island's South Shore and up and down the Jersey Shore, the 29th was only the beginning. The devastation is almost unimaginable, the task at hand is immense, and will take many, many months to begin to restore our homes and towns. Simply put, we need YOUR help!

Alex DePhillipo and Andrew Gesler of "Dark Fall" fame created this short video entitled "Calling all Surfers: Restore the Core", which calls out to the surf community for continued aid and assistance. The response from the surf community from day one of this tragedy has been nothing short of amazing, but there is still so much to be done! Please take a couple of minutes, watch (and share!) this vid, and help out any way you can. All assistance is greatly appreciated!
